Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which should we choose?
Both are excellent for small business. The honest answer depends on what your team already knows, the apps you rely on, and any industry tooling. We'll give you a straight recommendation in a 15-minute call rather than a generic comparison.
Will we lose email during migration?
Migrations are staged so mail keeps flowing: old mail is copied across, DNS is switched at a quiet time, and we verify delivery before closing out. Brief delays can occur during the DNS switch window; data is not lost.
Why does email authentication matter at setup time?
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC make your domain hard to impersonate — protecting your clients from fake invoices that appear to come from you. Configuring them at setup costs almost nothing; retrofitting later is messier.
