Is the training technical?
Deliberately not. It's built for receptionists, office managers, tradespeople, and owners — the people scammers actually target. Technical staff are welcome but not the audience.
Can you run it for distributed or shift-based teams?
Yes — sessions run on video at times that suit rosters, and the cheat sheet plus quiz covers anyone who can't attend live.
How often should training be refreshed?
Annually as a baseline, with the cheat sheet given to every new starter. Our retainer clients get short refreshers through the year.
