Hardware, software, and licence costs are paid by you directly. Third-party hardware and software is set up carefully but cannot be guaranteed to work perfectly in every combination. The starter covers one agreed issue for up to one hour; resolution is not guaranteed. Additional work is quoted and approved before it starts.
